1、 Performance and characteristics
This product is a low molecular weight polymer dispersant synthesized by our company on the basis of the original dispersant with refined raw materials. It is mainly used for superfine grinding of calcium carbonate, porcelain clay, talcum powder, titanium dioxide, wollastonite powder, lithopone and other inorganic pigments. Its performance is better than that of imported similar products, but the use cost is significantly reduced. In the process of wet superfine grinding, adding additives can not only shorten the grinding time, improve the yield, but also obtain uniform particle size distribution, which can effectively avoid the flocculation and coarsening of pigment particles.
This product has good heat resistance, mutual solubility, efficient wetting dispersion, and non-toxic, non corrosive, no special smell.

3、 Test method
1. Appearance: visual inspection.
According to GB / T 622-84.
3. PH value determination: according to GB / T 6368-2008.
4. Specific gravity measurement: measure with a hydrometer.
4、 How to use it
This product is added in the process of wet ultra-fine grinding without dilution. It is directly added into the pigment to be dispersed and stirred evenly. The amount of this product is generally 0.1-1.0% of the absolute dry pigment.
5、 Packaging
1. The dispersant is packed in plastic drum with net weight of 250kg. Other packages can also be used according to the needs of users.
2. The storage temperature is 5 ~ 30 ℃, and the shelf life is 12 months.
3. If the storage temperature of the product is too low, a small amount of crystal will appear at the bottom, which will not affect the dispersion effect after dissolving.
