3、 Application method and process parameters
3-5% for light cutting and grinding and 7-10% for medium load cutting.
4、 Precautions
1. When preparing new liquid, we should follow the principle of draining water first, then adding original liquid, and mixing evenly before using.
2. The equipment is equipped with magnetic filter and other filtering devices, so as to remove grinding debris in time and ensure the service life of grinding fluid.
3. This product should not be mixed with other cutting fluids, so as not to affect the use effect. If it is feasible, it can be used after mixing.
5、 Packaging, storage and transportation
1. 20L, 200L barrel.
2. Sealed indoor storage at - 20 ℃ - 35 ℃. During storage, prevent water from mixing with other sundries to avoid deterioration of products.
