1、 Performance and characteristics
This product is made of deep refined mineral oil and a variety of efficient corrosion inhibitor auxiliary additives. It has strong anti rust ability, thin oil film, low oil consumption, easy to clean and easy to use. It is suitable for electrostatic spraying of galvanized sheet and common cold rolled sheet.

3、 Use method (see the operation instruction for details)
The cold-rolled sheet is strictly pretreated to ensure that the workpiece is clean and dry, and the surface is free of impurities, moisture, residual acid and alkali, and then soaked in oil by online electrostatic spraying.
4、 Precautions
1. The compatibility of electrostatic oil and leveling fluid can be ensured through experiments.
2. Do not mix this product with other antirust products to avoid affecting the use effect.
3. 0 ~ 35 ℃ indoor sealed storage, avoid sunlight, rain, prevent moisture and impurities into, and pay attention to indoor ventilation and exhaust.
4. Do a good job of fire fighting when storing and using to avoid fire.
5. During long-term storage, a small amount of soft impurities will settle, which is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the antirust effect.
