1、 Overview
This product uses organic amine and organic acid as compound antirust agent, and compounded with a variety of corrosion inhibitors and cleaning aids. The compound leveling fluid has excellent cleaning performance and good anti rust performance. After leveling, there is no corrosion and spot on the surface of the steel plate. The quality of the steel plate is good, and it has good compatibility with the anti rust oil provided by our company.

3、 Main performance and advantages

4、 Usage and precaution
Before using it, dilute it with deionized water. The recommended concentration is 8-10%. During the cold rolling process, a controlled sprayer is sprayed onto the steel strip and the inlet side of the lower surface. Spray at a rate of about 5 L / min (the specific data shall be determined according to the rolling speed, strip width and air blowing device) so as to completely cover the rolling width, but avoid excessive use. Any excess leveling fluid brought into the roll gap is usually removed by a blower.
5、 Packaging and storage
The product is packed in 200kg iron barrel and is valid for one year.
