2、 Usage and maintenance
1. Drain the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system as thoroughly as possible, including the oil tank, pipeline, hydraulic pump and other components. If necessary, the pipeline and related components shall be disassembled and cleaned after the oil is drained.
2. Replace all components with incompatible materials.
3. Remove the paint in the system, especially in the oil tank (paint remover can be used or manually removed).
4. If there is still a small amount of residual hydraulic oil in the system, add a small amount of this product after cleaning, and drop it after trial operation. Add enough of this product for normal operation.
5. Pay attention to check and clean the oil filter and filter element in the first few weeks after normal operation.
6. After a month, the hydraulic system should be in normal operation. After that, the indexes (appearance, viscosity, pH value, moisture, volatility, etc.) should be sampled once a month.
3、 Precautions
1. In order to prevent moisture from volatilizing too fast, the temperature of oil tank should be controlled within the range of 55 ℃ for open oil tank and 70 ℃ for closed oil tank. The local high temperature radiation of the pipeline will not affect the service life of the product and will not cause deterioration.
2. If it is mixed with other brands of products, it is suggested to contact our factory before use, so as to provide users with necessary guidance for mixing test.
3. This product can't be mixed with mineral oil hydraulic oil, oil in water emulsion, water in oil emulsion and phosphoric acid grease. When using this product, the original equipment using the above-mentioned hydraulic medium needs to thoroughly drain the above-mentioned medium and clean it.
