This product is made of special base oil, high efficiency antirust additive, surfactant, penetrant, extreme pressure antiwear agent and other raw materials. It does not contain nitrite and heavy metal salt, and is not toxic to human body. This product is suitable for the cooling and lubrication of grinding, turning, boring, stranding, drilling, sawing and milling of ferrous metals. Recommended dosage: 3 ~ 10%, different concentration according to processing difficulty and climate
4、 Precautions
1. The total hardness of the water used to prepare the working fluid should not exceed 300ppm, otherwise the stability of the working fluid may be reduced.
2. When preparing the new solution, the water should be drained first and then the original solution should be added, and it can be used only after being stirred evenly.
3. The equipment is equipped with magnetic filter and other filtering devices to remove impurities in time.
4. This product can not be mixed with other cutting fluids, so as not to affect the use effect. If it needs to be mixed, it can be used only after it is tested and feasible.
5. 5 ~ 35 ℃ indoor sealed storage. In the process of storage and transportation, it is necessary to prevent the mixing of water and impurities, so as to avoid the deterioration of products.
