3、 How to use it

First, add 1 / 3 of the amount of water used for pulping into the high consistency pulper, heat up with steam, add waste paper and water at the same time, raise the temperature to 90 ℃, add caustic soda and deinking agent, and finally close the cover, pulping for 40 ~ 50 minutes. Depending on the situation of waste paper, the amount of deinking agent and pulping time can be adjusted appropriately. In order to inhibit the alkaline yellowing of pulp, appropriate amount of hydrogen peroxide (30% hydrogen peroxide) can be added In order to inhibit the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, chelating agent (such as EDTA or DTPA) equivalent to 0.2% of the absolute dry pulp can be added according to the quality of water. Water glass can also be added (the recommended dosage is 41 ° be water glass: 1.0% - 3.0%). Water glass can be added 15 minutes before hydrogen peroxide.

4、 Packaging and storage:
