3、 Application method and process parameters

1. This product is working fluid, pour into the tank can be used. The operation mode can be tank immersion or scrubbing.

2. Process parameters: TA ≥ 300pt, service temperature 35 ~ 45 ℃

3. When the agent is used for brushing phosphating, the dosage can be flexibly controlled according to the severity of oil stain and corrosion. In general, dip the liquid medicine with a brush and brush it on the steel surface evenly, then wipe the water and residual medicine on the surface with a rag immediately. In case of serious corrosion, it can be painted repeatedly for several times. The phosphated steel surface can be protected by phosphate film to improve the corrosion resistance of the workpiece.

4. According to the needs of users, 1:1 or 1:2 concentrate can be provided.

4、 Packaging, storage and transportation

This product is packed in plastic barrels, net weight of each barrel is 25 or 30 kg, storage temperature is not lower than - 5 ℃.
