1、 Overview
The product is made of a variety of antirust agents, emulsifiers and refined mineral oil. It has good cooling, lubricity, cleaning and antirust properties. It can improve the machining accuracy and surface finish of the workpiece, ensure higher cutting speed and improve production efficiency.

3、 Use and usage
Suitable for all materials processed by WEDM. The recommended concentration is 5-10%. It can also be adjusted slightly according to the workpiece material, thickness and equipment performance.
4、 Precautions
1. When preparing working fluid, the principle of draining water first and then adding stock solution should be followed.
2. The total hardness of the water used to prepare the working fluid shall not exceed 300ppm, otherwise, the stability of the working fluid may be reduced, and the more serious case will not be emulsified.
3. The equipment is equipped with magnetic filter and other filtering devices to remove impurities in time.
4. This product can not be mixed with other cutting fluids, so as not to affect the use effect. If it needs to be mixed, it must be tested before use.
5. 5 ~ 35 ℃ indoor sealed storage, shelf life of one year. In the process of storage and transportation, prevent the mixing of water and impurities, so as to avoid product deterioration.
